We are planning wilderness programs in North Carolina in conjunction with SUWS of the Carolinas. This program runs throughout the year and will significantly diminish rage and depression.

Our Future: The Minnesota Girls Academy

The Minnesota Girls Academy, poised to open in the Fall of 2008, is designed as a therapeutic environment geared toward at-risk teenage girls who have deteriorated to the point of profound anger and anti-social behavior and can no longer survive in a mainstream public or private school.

We have secured a 44,000 square foot building with 14 classrooms, located on six acres in Bricelyn, Minnesota, 1.5 hours south of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This school is a natural extension of our current programs and will provide a more intense, on going treatment program option for teens often labeled as juvenile delinquents, involved in criminal activities and who have become disruptive and destructive to their school and family environments. This year-round therapeutic school will re-orient and educate female students in an isolated, but safe and nurturing environment for 14 to 18 months, depending on the need of each student.

The new school offers a five phase curriculum, which combines:
• Emotional growth
• Individualized academic studies
• Physical challenges
• Vocational and academic pursuits
• Therapeutic guidance

The curriculum will be delivered in an individualized and highly structured environment.
